Large Load & Data Centers
Due diligence, load feasibility, utility interconnection, and powered land development, from raw acreage to allocated capacity.
Power is the binding constraint on every data center deal. Land is available, capital is available, capacity is not. We work upstream of construction, screening land, proving load, and carrying large load requests through the utility and ISO process, so you know what a site can deliver before you commit capital to it.
Four ways we get a project to power.
Site Due Diligence
Power, land, and every supporting constraint that decides a project, resolved into a single screening record before you spend on options.
Load Feasibility
Engineer verified MW, not developer optimism. We size the achievable load against the actual network and defend it through utility review.
Interconnection & Advisory
Large load requests carried end to end, plus independent consulting for owners who already hold a site and need a request unstuck.
Powered Land
Land packaged with the capacity position attached. Site control, allocation status, and schedule, ready for a developer or lender to underwrite.
How the pipeline breaks down.
Each row is a subset of the one above it. Individual sites, counties, clients, and request numbers are confidential and shared under NDA.
| Stage | Sites | Load | Markets |
|---|---|---|---|
| Screened for due diligence & feasibility | 40+ | 15 GW+ | ERCOT, SPP, PJM, MISO, NYISO |
| Active utility interconnection | 5 | 1,000+ MW combined | Oncor / ERCOT |
| Powered land, capacity allocated | 3 | Up to 6,500 MW | ERCOT, SPP |
We are in the queue, not adjacent to it.
Most advisors hand you a study. We file the request, take the utility’s questions, revise the load, and stay on the thread until allocation. And because we also build, the feasibility numbers we give you are the numbers we would have to deliver against ourselves.
That cuts both ways. When a site does not work, we say so early. A fast no beats a slow maybe.
